I have been in practice for the past twenty five years and I specialize with couples, individuals, and families. For five years I successfully managed an outpatient clinic for children and families with Catholic Charities in Carroll County. I held the key positions of Clinical Supervisor and Program Director. My decision to build a private practice was made after numerous years of client satisfaction.

I am committed to helping people achieve their goals and transform their lives. I offer a confidential, safe and respectful environment. I am skilled with helping my clients learn more effective methods of communicating that will reduce the stress in their lives.

I have extensive experience working with issues such as; anxiety, addictions, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I have advanced training in premarital couples therapy.  I am nationally certified with an addictions specialization and I am a also a certified life coach.  When beginning therapy, I work towards addressing current symptoms and finding relief for emotional pain. The focus then evolves towards the development of insight.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult.
